St Andrew's Kenton Jubilee Booklet The souvenir booklet produced at the end of 2007 to mark St Andrew's 50th anniversary deserved more than the cursory notice it received in Around the Synod.
This small booklet, "St Andrew's Kenton United Reformed Church: Fifty Years, 1957-2007: The Story of a Church Family" is attractively produced and well illustrated, and reflects Richard Pott's usual eye for detail and enthusiasm in telling a story that deserves to be told.

The Golden Jubilee was celebrated at the beginning of November 2007 with an open day and flower festival and a major disply of photos of people and events from over the 50 years. The highlight was a packed church for a celebration service led by the Moderator of General Assembly, Revd Stephen Orchard. Many former ministers, members and friends travelled from far and wide to be part of the special day.
